Yes. Reservation, SPA signature and registration can all be completed remotely with a power of attorney or digital signature. Roughly half our roadshow clients complete without setting foot on site before handover.
All instalments are paid into a regulated escrow account under Abu Dhabi’s off-plan framework, released to the developer only against certified construction milestones — not directly to Aldar.
