Questions
Yes. Reservation, SPA signature and DLD registration can all be completed remotely with a power of attorney or digital signature. Roughly half our roadshow clients complete without setting foot on site before handover.
All instalments are paid into a RERA-regulated escrow account released to the developer only against certified construction milestones — not directly to Ellington.
The boutique coastal hotel anchors the enclave with dining, service and a managed beachfront — historically the ingredients that support both rental demand and resale premiums in hotel-adjacent residential communities. Rental programme details are confirmed by the developer closer to handover.
