The furnished, turn-key formula is the house signature — units that can go straight to the rental market on day one of handover.

On the numbers: at AED 649K entry (as listed Jul 2026) this is the lowest ticket on our current Dubai shortlist, in a corridor positioned between the Expo City growth zone and Jebel Ali’s port-and-free-zone employment base. What buyers ask us

Can I buy remotely, without visiting Dubai?+

Yes. Reservation, SPA signature and DLD registration can all be completed remotely with a power of attorney or digital signature. Roughly half our roadshow clients complete without setting foot on site before handover.

Is my payment protected during construction?+

All instalments are paid into a RERA-regulated escrow account released to the developer only against certified construction milestones — not directly to Imtiaz.

What does “fully furnished” actually include?+

Imtiaz delivers every residence with furniture, integrated appliances and smart-home systems as standard across the release — a turn-key package designed so a unit can be occupied or listed for rent from handover day. The exact inventory list per unit type is confirmed in the SPA.
