Yes. Reservation, SPA signature and DLD registration can all be completed remotely with a power of attorney or digital signature. Roughly half our roadshow clients complete without setting foot on site before handover.
All instalments are paid into a RERA-regulated escrow account released to the developer only against certified construction milestones — not directly to Imtiaz.
Imtiaz delivers every residence with furniture, integrated appliances and smart-home systems as standard across the release — a turn-key package designed so a unit can be occupied or listed for rent from handover day. The exact inventory list per unit type is confirmed in the SPA.
