Can I buy remotely, without visiting Dubai?+

Yes. Reservation, SPA signature and DLD registration can all be completed remotely with a power of attorney or digital signature. Roughly half our roadshow clients complete without setting foot on site before handover.

Is my payment protected during construction?+

All instalments are paid into a RERA-regulated escrow account released to the developer only against certified construction milestones — not directly to Emaar.

How limited is availability, really?+

Lavita comprises 43 mansions in total across the entire release — within a 100M sq.ft masterplan. Lagoon-front plots at this size do not recur; we confirm live unit availability and current pricing at enquiry.
