The Villa Collection is Mr. Eight’s signature series on Dubai Islands — Villa del Garda, del Brunello, del Gavi, del Arte and del Divos — a boutique run of design-led homes from a developer that takes a hands-on approach from concept to completion. Contemporary architecture, high-end finishes and carefully curated environments define every release in the series.
Founded in 2021 and backed by more than twenty years of residential experience, Mr. Eight has built a 16-project track record across three locations, most of it concentrated on Dubai Islands — Nakheel’s 17 sq km, five-island masterplan with 20km+ of new beachfront and a direct bridge to the mainland roughly 15–20 minutes from DXB. The collection’s 2025 awards cabinet includes Best Residential Property and Best Grand Entrance Design (International Property Awards) plus Best Luxury Branded Residences in Dubai and Best Luxury Sustainable Residential Development (Luxury Lifestyle Awards).
Because each villa release is small and allocation-driven, Mr. Eight does not publish open price lists — pricing, unit availability and payment structures are confirmed release by release. As listed July 2026, handovers across the collection are phased; we hold the developer’s current sales releases and confirm live availability at reservation.

Each Mr. Eight villa is released in a small, allocation-driven batch — Villa del Gavi, del Arte and del Divos each carry their own release pricing and payment schedule. We hold the current sales releases and confirm live pricing before reservation rather than quoting a headline figure that may already be superseded.
The protections are identical: instalments sit in a RERA-regulated escrow released only against certified construction milestones. What differs is scale — Mr. Eight’s 16-project, hands-on model trades masterplan breadth for design detail, and its 2025 international award wins speak to delivery quality.
Yes. Reservation, SPA signature and DLD registration can all be completed remotely with a power of attorney or digital signature. Roughly half our roadshow clients complete without setting foot on site before handover.
