Palm Central Private Residences is Nakheel’s low-rise apartment and townhouse release at the heart of Palm Jebel Ali — 220 residences across three buildings, opening straight onto the beach of an island twice the size of the original Palm.

Questions
Yes. Reservation, SPA signature and DLD registration can all be completed remotely with a power of attorney or digital signature. Roughly half our roadshow clients complete without setting foot on site before handover.
All instalments are paid into a RERA-regulated escrow account released to the developer only against certified construction milestones — not directly to Nakheel.
The master plan includes a dedicated 5 km highway link connecting the island directly to Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai’s main artery — with Dubai Marina, Expo City and Al Maktoum International within easy reach.
