Can I buy remotely, without visiting Dubai?+

Yes. Reservation, SPA signature and DLD registration can all be completed remotely with a power of attorney or digital signature. Roughly half our roadshow clients complete without setting foot on site before handover.

Is my payment protected during construction?+

All instalments are paid into a RERA-regulated escrow account released to the developer only against certified construction milestones — not directly to Ellington.

Can I resell before handover?+

Yes — Ellington permits assignment once 30–40% of the price is paid, subject to an NOC. Palm Jumeirah off-plan has historically been among Dubai’s most liquid pre-handover markets.
