Better Parker is a RERA-licensed brokerage based in Business Bay, Dubai, led by Nupur as Chief Executive Officer. Rather than wait for international buyers to come to Dubai, we take the market to them — running private, appointment-only roadshows in Indian cities, where investors see launch allocations, DLD transaction data and honest yield maths in person, then decide in their own time.

The thesis behind Better Parker has never changed: international investors deserve the same data and access as locals.
