Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Better Parker Real Estate Brokers LLC (“Better Parker”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you use betterparker.org, enquire with us, or attend one of our investor roadshows. We are a real-estate brokerage registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at Sobha Sapphire, Office 908, Business Bay.

We process personal data in line with the UAE’s personal data protection framework. Where you contact us from the UK or the European Economic Area, we also apply the standards those regimes expect.

Information you give us. Your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, the city or roadshow you are interested in, your budget or property preferences, and anything else you choose to tell us in a message.

Identity and transaction data. If you proceed towards a purchase, UAE law requires a licensed brokerage to verify identity and source of funds. That can include passport or Emirates ID details and supporting financial documents. We collect this only when a transaction is actually in progress.

Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring source, collected through cookies and similar technology. See our Cookie Policy.

Directly from you — through an enquiry or roadshow registration form on this site, by WhatsApp, by email, by telephone, or in person at a roadshow. Automatically — through analytics cookies, but only where you have accepted them. Occasionally from a third party, such as a portal or referral partner who passes on an enquiry you made with them.

To respond to your enquiry and provide the brokerage service you asked for; to arrange viewings, roadshow attendance and consultations; to register your interest in a development with the relevant developer where you have asked us to; to meet legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer checks required of licensed brokerages; to send you market updates or roadshow invitations where you have asked to receive them; and to understand how this site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal data.

We rely on your consent for marketing messages and non-essential cookies; on the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request to deliver brokerage services; on our legitimate interests in operating and improving the business, where those interests do not override your rights; and on legal obligation for identity, anti-money-laundering and record-keeping requirements.

We may share your data with property developers, but only to register your interest in a specific project at your request; with professional and government bodies where a transaction requires it, including the Dubai Land Department and conveyancing or legal advisers; with service providers who host this site, deliver our email or provide analytics, under obligations of confidentiality; and with regulators or authorities where we are required by law to do so.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Where a transaction takes place, records including identity and anti-money-laundering documentation are retained for the period UAE law requires. You can ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep.

You can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete data we hold without a continuing legal reason, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent at any time — including by unsubscribing from any email we send. To exercise any of these, email office@betterparker.org. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Some of our service providers operate outside the UAE, so your data may be processed abroad. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains appropriately protected. We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
