These terms govern your use of betterparker.org. By using the site you accept them. The site is operated by Better Parker Real Estate Brokers LLC, a real-estate brokerage registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Everything on this site — area guides, yield figures, price commentary, payment plans and roadshow material — is provided for general information. It is not investment, tax, legal or financial advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. Before committing to a purchase you should take your own professional advice, particularly on your tax position in your country of residence.

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer or a binding contract.

Property particulars, availability, prices, payment plans and completion dates come from developers and owners and can change without notice. Computer-generated images, floor plans and masterplans are indicative — a CGI is an artist’s impression, not a photograph of a finished unit, and finishes and views may differ.

We take care to present accurate information, but we do not warrant that every detail is current or error-free. Always verify the specifics of a unit before you commit.

Any yield or return figure shown is indicative and usually gross — before service charges, management fees, vacancy and maintenance. Property values and rents can fall as well as rise. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results, and no projection on this site is a guarantee.

Roadshow attendance is by registration and seats are limited. We may change a venue, date or format, and we may decline or withdraw a registration at our discretion. Registering an interest does not create an obligation on either side to transact.

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape or copy its content for commercial use, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

The Better Parker name, marks, written content and design are ours or used with permission. Developer imagery and project material remain the property of the respective developers. You may not reproduce site content for commercial purposes without written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published on this site, or from its temporary unavailability. Where we link to a third-party site — a developer, a portal, a government body — we do not control it and are not responsible for its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes fall to the courts of Dubai.
