Read this one carefully. Emaar advertises Creek Bay “from AED 1.8M”, but the units actually available on 13 August 2026 started at AED 3,252,888 from 1,248 sqft. The entry tier is gone. We would rather tell you that here than let you find out on a reservation call.
What remains is the larger stock — twenty-three units of one- to three-bedroom apartments looking over the creek toward the Burj Khalifa and the Downtown skyline. Dubai Creek Harbour is Emaar’s second flagship waterfront after Downtown itself, with the promenade, infinity pool, gym and sports park programme already established across delivered phases.
At AED 3.25M the calculation is different from the headline: this is a mid-tier waterfront purchase, not an entry ticket. Emaar publishes no handover date or payment plan for Creek Bay, so we quote neither — both are confirmed in writing at reservation.

Yes. Reservation, SPA signature and DLD registration can all be completed remotely with a power of attorney or digital signature. Roughly half our roadshow clients complete without setting foot on site before handover.
All instalments are paid into a RERA-regulated escrow account released to the developer only against certified construction milestones — not directly to Emaar.
Because AED 1.8M is no longer buyable. That figure is Emaar’s launch entry price for a tier that has sold out; the cheapest unit actually available on 13 August 2026 was AED 3,252,888. Portals frequently keep quoting the launch number long after the stock behind it has gone.
