Nine units. That is what Emaar’s own availability showed for Greencrest when we checked on 13 August 2026, from AED 1,743,888 for a one-bedroom of 832 sqft. This is a release in its closing stretch, not a fresh launch, and it is priced accordingly.
Dubai Hills Estate is the community most Indian buyers name unprompted, and for good reason — an 18-hole championship course, Dubai Hills Mall, a school run that already exists, and a resale market deep enough that you can actually exit. Established-community pricing is the trade: you pay for infrastructure that is already built rather than promised.
We flag the scarcity honestly rather than as a sales device. Nine units means limited layout choice and limited negotiating room, and it is the single most important fact about this listing. Emaar publishes no handover date or payment plan for Greencrest; we confirm both in writing at reservation.
