Cavalli Estates is DAMAC’s Roberto Cavalli-branded mansion collection inside DAMAC Hills, the golf community it has been building out for over a decade. Branded residences are DAMAC’s signature play — Cavalli, Versace, Paramount, de GRISOGONO — and this is the top of that range.
What a fashion brand actually buys you is the interior specification and the resale story, not the construction. That is worth stating plainly: the value is in the finish package and the name on the door, and both are real, but the builder is DAMAC either way.
DAMAC Hills is genuinely mature — the golf course, schools, retail and Trump-branded clubhouse are open and trading, so you are buying into infrastructure that exists rather than infrastructure that is promised. Price and handover are on request; DAMAC publishes neither.

Questions
Yes. Reservation, SPA signature and DLD registration can all be completed remotely with a power of attorney or digital signature. Roughly half our roadshow clients complete without setting foot on site before handover.
All instalments are paid into a RERA-regulated escrow account released to the developer only against certified construction milestones — not directly to DAMAC.
You are paying for the interior specification and the resale story, not for different construction — the builder is DAMAC either way. Branded stock does tend to hold attention and price better in a soft market, but treat the brand as a finish package with a marketing halo, and judge the plot, the position and the build on their own terms.
