Venice is one of the themed clusters inside DAMAC Lagoons, DAMAC’s Mediterranean-inspired community where each district takes a coastal city as its brief — Santorini, Portofino, Malta, Monte Carlo, Venice. The villas here run six and seven bedrooms.
Six and seven-bedroom houses are a genuinely scarce format in Dubai. Most villa supply stops at five, so the market above it is thin, slow-moving and priced accordingly — resilient when apartment supply spikes, but illiquid if you need to exit quickly.
The theming divides people, and it should be seen for what it is: a marketing frame around a large crystal-lagoon community that has sold and delivered in volume. DAMAC publishes no price and no handover for Venice; both come from the developer in writing at reservation.

Yes. Reservation, SPA signature and DLD registration can all be completed remotely with a power of attorney or digital signature. Roughly half our roadshow clients complete without setting foot on site before handover.
All instalments are paid into a RERA-regulated escrow account released to the developer only against certified construction milestones — not directly to DAMAC.
Less than people expect. The buyer at six and seven bedrooms is choosing plot size, lagoon frontage and the school run, and the theming is essentially the landscaping and façade palette. What genuinely affects resale at this size is how thin the market is — large villas hold price well but sell slowly.
