DAMAC Islands 2 is the second phase of DAMAC’s island masterplan — waterfront villas and townhouses arranged around swimmable lagoons, sandy inlets and planted waterways rather than the usual gridded villa rows.
The format is the argument. Lagoon-front villa communities have been the strongest-performing product type in Dubai’s outer districts, because they manufacture waterfront where the map does not provide it. DAMAC has built more of them than anyone and knows exactly how the phasing works.
DAMAC publishes no price and no handover date for this release — its own project pages carry a handover label with no value attached. We do not fill that gap from a portal. Both come from the developer in writing at reservation, and we hold the current availability sheet.

Questions
Yes. Reservation, SPA signature and DLD registration can all be completed remotely with a power of attorney or digital signature. Roughly half our roadshow clients complete without setting foot on site before handover.
All instalments are paid into a RERA-regulated escrow account released to the developer only against certified construction milestones — not directly to DAMAC.
Because DAMAC does not publish one. Their project pages carry a handover label with no value behind it and no price anywhere, so anything we printed would be lifted from a property portal. Those portals are wrong often enough that we do not repeat them — we recently found one quoting a major launch AED 175,000 below the developer’s own published figure. We get the real number from DAMAC and put it to you in writing.
