Four units. Golf Vale is effectively closing out, from AED 1,987,888 for 990 sqft, and anyone who wants one should treat the timeline as days rather than weeks. That figure and that count both come from Emaar’s own availability page on 13 August 2026.
The product is one- to three-bedroom apartments plus a short run of three-bedroom townhouses looking onto Emaar South’s 18-hole championship fairways, with an adult pool, kids’ pool, splash pad, padel court and BBQ terraces. Emaar South now runs to 22,700 residential units and 25 neighbourhood parks, so the community around it is real rather than projected.
Emaar South’s case is Al Maktoum International and the Expo City corridor — the part of Dubai where the next decade of infrastructure money is committed. Emaar publishes no handover date or payment plan for Golf Vale; both are confirmed in writing at reservation.

Yes. Reservation, SPA signature and DLD registration can all be completed remotely with a power of attorney or digital signature. Roughly half our roadshow clients complete without setting foot on site before handover.
All instalments are paid into a RERA-regulated escrow account released to the developer only against certified construction milestones — not directly to Emaar.
Only if you can move quickly and are comfortable taking whatever layout survives. With four units there is no choice of aspect or floor and no negotiating room. If Emaar South is the district you want but Golf Vale sells out, Terra Woods at Expo Living is the closer substitute and starts lower.
