Terra Woods is the lowest Emaar entry we currently hold anywhere in Dubai — AED 1,611,888 for a one-bedroom from 742 sqft, inside a community Emaar is building in partnership with Dubai World Trade Centre. Twenty units remained when we checked Emaar’s own availability on 13 August 2026.
Expo Living occupies 454,747 sq m beside Expo City, with Dubai Expo Mall on the doorstep and Al Maktoum International a short run down the road. This is the district absorbing Dubai’s next decade of infrastructure spend, and the DWTC partnership is the part most buyers miss — it is not a conventional single-developer masterplan.
The scheme itself is built around slow living: yoga gardens, meditation courtyards, outdoor gyms, padel courts and BBQ terraces rather than another tower podium. Emaar has not published a handover date or payment schedule for Terra Woods, so we quote neither — we hold the live availability sheet and confirm both in writing at reservation.

Yes. Reservation, SPA signature and DLD registration can all be completed remotely with a power of attorney or digital signature. Roughly half our roadshow clients complete without setting foot on site before handover.
All instalments are paid into a RERA-regulated escrow account released to the developer only against certified construction milestones — not directly to Emaar.
