The Heights Country Club and Wellness is built around a single organising idea, and Emaar has been unusually literal about it: a wellness centre, meditation garden, yoga lake, fitness areas, a wellness lake and promenade, a social terrace, and a private beach. Nature trails and outdoor gyms run through the masterplan rather than sitting in one amenity block.

Yes. Reservation, SPA signature and DLD registration can all be completed remotely with a power of attorney or digital signature. Roughly half our roadshow clients complete without setting foot on site before handover.
All instalments are paid into a RERA-regulated escrow account released to the developer only against certified construction milestones — not directly to Emaar.
For a rental yield play, usually not — villas run lower gross yields than apartments almost everywhere in Dubai. Villas earn their place on scarcity and resale depth: large-format family stock is the thinnest part of the market, and it holds price better when apartment supply spikes. Which matters more depends on whether you are buying income or capital.
